The Village Corporate Center occupies a site on Agoura Court with visibility along the 101 Freeway. The 78,000-sf first building reached 92% occupancy with the signing of an 8,161-sf lease by Corporate Freight Management, which is moving its headquarters from Westlake Village.
The new headquarters for Corporate Freight Management, a supplier of freight management services focusing on manufacturers of consumer packaged goods, is at 30101 Agoura Court. Developer TR Funding was represented in the five-year lease by Marc Riches and Cory Richmond of Westcord, with the tenant represented by Sam Wagner of TOLD Partners.
Corporate Freight Management will employ approximately 35 workers at its new headquarters, which represents an expansion. Brokers involved in the deals at Village Corporate Center say the leases there reflect the tightening of the Conejo Valley office market, where the vacancy rate is around 7%.
