The full-service inroad is being headed up by real estate veterans Rand Stephens and Josh LaRocca. "There really hasn't been a Houston office per se," Stephens explains, adding he's looking to add 10 to 20 national clients as a base for the new office. "The goal is to do that over the next couple of years." They set up the shop at 2425 W. Loop South after getting a jumpstart from locally based Goodman Air Conditioning Heating & Appliances & Integrated Electrical Services.
The Houston opening comes right on the heels of Mohr's Phoenix team of Charles Daggett and Dina Boscardin landing Kleinfelder Inc. as the newest national portfolio client. The company, which provides environmental services for government organizations and corporations, has more than 500,000 sf in the US.
