In the larger of the two leases that brought the building to full occupancy, TGI Office Automation, a marketer of office equipment, signed on for just less than 4,000 sf. Frank Recine of Newmark Knight Frank was the broker for TGI. And A.G. Edwards & Sons, a financial brokerage firm represented by Cushman & Wakefield, took the building's final 3,741 sf.

The two latest signings follow a deal earlier this year that brought in the building's major tenant. ADF Cos., which owns and manages chain restaurants on the East Coast, took more than 10,600 sf. The signing marked a headquarters relocation for ADF, which was represented by Jamie Drummond of GVA Williams New Jersey, Parsippany.
