Robert Sweeney, a director based in C&W's main New Jersey office here, will oversee the assignment, which was procured by C&W managing director Don Cook, also based here, along with Frank Freda of the firm's New York City office, Larry Conlon of the Stamford, CT office and Joe Schechtel in McLean, VA.
"The Atlantic Regional portfolio significantly increases our involvement in Wachovia's real estate portfolio," Cook says. C&W has had a longstanding relationship with Wachovia, he explains, including, prior to the Atlantic Regional portfolio, managing four locations totaling more than 730,000 sf in North Carolina.
