"They made us a good deal. There was very much an incentive to stay," he tells GlobeSt.com.
Miller and Property Advisers' owner Jerry Reis led a search that extended to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The deal's financials aren't available, but office/warehouse space in the Garland-Mesquite submarket averages $3.34 per sf, according to a third-quarter report from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. Building owner Primera Cos. of Dallas had in-house broker Andrew McCaig negotiating the renewal.
