Sagy was most recently a vice president with Equity Office Properties Trust in charge of the public company's West Coast development team. As such, she was responsible for $390 million of commercial development projects totaling 1.3 million sf, including the new headquarters for Barclays Global Investors in Downtown San Francisco. Prior to EOP, Sagy was vice president of development for Spieker Properties.

Sagy could not be reached Wednesday for comment. EOP also was unavailable for comment.

In other personnel news, Southern California-based Fremont Investment & Loan has promoted Nancy Sulse to vice president and regional manager in charge of growing the company's Northwest commercial lending operation, which is based in San Francisco. Sulse is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and closing of loans for commercial real estate in Northern California, Washington and Oregon.

Sulse joined Fremont in 1995 as an asset manager in San Francisco. She spent the past seven years in Santa Monica leading the company's Los Angeles-area originations office.
