Existing tenant Tauck World Discovery leased an additional 11,000 sf on the second floor, bringing its total occupancy to 54,000 sf. Legg Mason signed a 11,000-sf lease for space on the lower level of the building. It will use the space for disaster recovery operations. Circle One Marketing leased 6,600 sf on the second floor. The company will relocate from 50 Washington St. in Norwalk and move to the property by year's end. Red 7 Media, which produces publications and conferences serving the event marketing community, leased 11,700 sf on the second floor of the building. This is an expansion for Red 7, which is consolidating operations from two South Norwalk locations.

Cushman & Wakefield's Trip Hoffman and Jodie Dostal are marketing for lease approximately 92,000 sf of additional office and flex space, which includes an 85,000-sf contiguous block of what they term "signature" space at the south end of the building.

Major tenants at NordenPark are: iNorthrop Grumman Norden Systems, Pepperidge Farm, CompHealth and Katherine Gibbs School.

Norden Park is currently in the midst of renovations to the lobby and south entrance of the building. Norden Park is owned by Norden Center LLC, a partnership between two New York-based real estate investment companies. Fortis Property Group and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners serve as managing agent for the property. In January 2006 the 37-acre property was sold to Norden Center for $87 million.
