Eric Foster, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com the location provides the new tenant with a prime location near Route 9 and a host of onsite amenities, including jogging trails, full service cafeteria and a conference center. The firm, which already has shared office centers in Braintree, Beverly and Mansfield, selected the location because it also offered them a chance to establish a presence in Boston's western suburbs, Foster says.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Foster said similar space in the same office park generally leases from $20 to $21 per sf gross.
Foster along with Thomas Kent, also with Trammell Crow, handled the transaction for the tenant while the landlord was represented by Phil DeSimone and Matt Giffune, both with Jones Lang LaSalle in Boston.
