"This lease allows Kiewit to relocate from their Park Ridge location," says John Cunningham, executive vice president at GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany. "This is an ideal location for them to operate their Eastern District."

Cunningham co-brokered the signing for the tenant with Scott Kraft of Allied Realty, while the Edison-based Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Chris DeLorenzo. Terms were not released; however, available space in the building is listed on Mack-Cali's website with an asking price of $30 to 32 per sf.

Kiewit joins current tenant Donnelley Marketing in the 53,000-sf office building in the Upper Parkway submarket of Bergen County. The signing leaves about 11,000 sf still available on the building's first floor, according to DeLorenzo.
