JAMESBURG, NJ-The Staubach Co., which has its main New Jersey office in Murray Hill, has opened a second office in the Garden State. The tenant rep firm has set up shop at 7 Centre Dr. here, a location within the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A submarket.
The office will be headed by Brian Knowles, who came over from CB Richard Ellis earlier this year and is a principal of Staubach's industrial services division. Also located in the new office are Torey Piccini, who will focus on the Northern New Jersey industrial market, including the Meadowlands, and Jon Compitello, who will concentrate on the marketplace from the port areas through the Central New Jersey region.
"This new office is evidence of the need for industrial services as well as our increased national client base and demand in New Jersey," Knowles says. "This office, located at the center of the Northeast distribution hub, will allow us to better serve our clients, both nationally and in New Jersey."
