MOONACHIE, NJ-Recall Total Information Management Inc. has signed a lease for a total of 34,253 sf at 115 Moonachie Ave. here. The occupancy includes 32,039 sf of warehouse space and 2,214 sf of office space, which the Texas-based company will use for general services associated with record storage and archiving, record management and document destruction.
The owner of the 168,800-sf building, Hackensack, NJ-based Russo Development LLC, was represented in-house by Michael Pembroke, senior vice president of leasing and marketing. Recall was represented by Jim Bob Taylor, principal, and Mitchell Katz, vice president of Trammell Crow Co. Terms were not released.
"This transaction reflects the continued demand for office and warehouse facilities in prime locations like the Meadowlands," Pembroke says.
Located in the Meadowlands submarket, 115 Moonachie Ave. is an office/warehouse asset with eight exterior trucking docks and parking for up to 80 cars. The signing of Recall Total Information Management brings the building to full occupancy.
