The new branch will replace a shuttered Greentree Inn eatery on the site. Landowner Miriello's Greentree Inn Inc. was represented in the transaction by Paul Friedman of Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc., a retail real estate company. The land lease carries a 20-year term and the site will be completely redeveloped to make way for the 2,706-sf, full-service branch. Further terms of the deal were not released.
"This area of Evesham Twp. has seen tremendous residential and commercial growth over the past several months," Friedman says. "The Bank will be a welcome addition to the area."
Work on the new branch is expected to begin immediately, with its opening currently slated to open in late spring.
