While financial information on the project at FM 518 and Texas 288 could not be obtained, a spokeswoman for the Chattanooga, TN developer tells GlobeSt.com that interest has been steady for the 750,000-sf retail component. "Preleasing has been going very well, and there's been strong interest from retailers out there," she comments. "We expect this to be one of the better projects we put together in terms of leasing."

Major tenants currently committed to the project include anchors Dillard's Inc. and Macy's, as well as Barnes & Noble Inc. Other retailers and restaurants include Chico's, White House/Black Market, Ann Taylor LOFT, Coldwater Creek Inc., 346 Brooks Brothers, Paiva, Eddie Bauer Inc., Victoria's Secret Stores Inc., American Eagle Outfitters Inc., Aeropostale Inc., Buckle Inc., Finish Line Inc., Forever 21 Inc., Hollister Inc., Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. and Bath & Body Works Inc.

Additional center components will include 300,000 sf of specialty stores and restaurants, 300 residential units, 50,000 sf of office space and a 110-room Courtyard by Marriott. The spokeswoman says CBL & Associates has not determined where the mixed-use portion will be outsourced. Omniplan of Dallas is the architect for the project.
