EGG HARBOR TWP., NJ-K&G Fashion has signed a lease for 25,000 sf at Shore Mall here in a deal arranged for the retailer by Dan Brickner of Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc. For the Atlanta-based K&G it marks the chains eighth store in New Jersey and 75th overall in 25 states.
"K&G will be a welcome addition to Shore Mall," Brickner says. "As one of the fastest growing retailers, K&G is currently seeking 20,000-sf to 25,000-sf locations throughout New Jersey in end cap, pad site or freestanding properties."
The enclosed Shore Mall, located on Black Horse Pike about eight miles from Atlantic City, is owned by Cedar Shopping Center Partners and managed by Cedar Shore LLC of Port Washington, NJ. Totaling some 835,000 sf, including a recent 200,000-sf expansion, the property is anchored by a Boscov's department store, Value City and Burlington Coat Factory.
