Built in 1998, Concorde Commerce Center is situated on 9.4 acres at 2222 W. Dunlap Ave. In a press release, A&B Properties Inc. says it bought the 93%-leased property from Opus Real Estate Arizona LLC because it wanted to put more investment dollars into Arizona. Representatives from A&B Properties and Opus did not return telephone calls by press time. Norbert M. Buelsing, executive vice president of A&B Properties, says in the release that Phoenix continues to be an attractive investment market due to population growth and expanding transportation infrastructure.

The center is 93% leased. Tenants include Star HRG, a subsidiary of Cigna HealthCare, Health Dialog Inc. and Fiserv Solutions Inc. The space is being marketed at $22.50 per sf.

A&B Properties also owns the 126,600-sf Deer Valley Financial Center at 22601 N. 19th Ave. and 120,800-sf Southbank II at 3255 E. Elwood St., both in Phoenix.
