ACBB-BITS is relocating from the second floor of One Gateway Center, which it had been at for a year.

550 Broad St is jointly owned by Heritage Management (which has an office inside the building) and the Dr. Peters Group, a German investment entity. "We welcome them to the property and look forward to a long and positive relationship," says Jeff Greenberg, executive operating partner of Heritage Management.
