The new technology services team will focus on the commercial growth of RealTract Online, NAI's proprietary transaction management system, according to Finn. Also under its aegis is the Clast lease and portfolio management software, the release of which is "imminent," Finn says.

Bailey comes to NAI Global from Archibus Inc., a provider of software for real estate, facility and infrastructure management, where he led the development of the soon-to-be-released Clast system. Zola joined NAI Global in September, having previously held senior management positions with Workplace IQ, Comps Inc. and CenterStone Software.
