For GVA Williams, president David Simson, senior vice president Jim Hersh, assistant vice president Jamie Drummond and associate Thomas Rapone are handling the assignment. The building is currently vacant and will be marketed to either a single user or multiple tenants.
The four-story asset is situated on an 11-acre site that's cleared for an expansion of up to 27,000 sf. It consists of two 70,000-sf wings centered around a full-height glass and granite atrium lobby, and its amenities include a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center and a top-floor boardroom.
Built in 1989 by McBride Corporate Real Estate, it was formerly occupied as the US headquarters for UK-based cleaning products maker Reckitt Benckiser. The latter relocated in early 2006 to smaller quarters in Parsippany as part of a downsizing.
