"This quality property has been a very profitable investment for our customer since 1991," says Peter Rasmusson, who teamed with Grubb & Ellis colleague John Beers, both of the firm's Fairfield, NJ office, to represent the seller. The buyer was represented by Peter Wisniewski of David Cronheim Co., of Chatham.

"It should continue to perform well for the new owner in the future," Rasmusson says.

Located an 4.5 acres, the one-story building is near the Murray Hill Inn and Office Park in this Union County community. Current tenants of the building include Cadence Design, Templar Food Products and Inductis.
