The $400-million District 95/7 development will feature three class A office buildings totaling approximately 600,000 sf, 250 to 350 residences and a 140-room hotel. Individual office space layouts range in size from 15,000 sf to 400,000 sf.
CB Richard Ellis' Robert Caruso, Sean Cahill, Susanne Dengenis and Thomas Pajolek will oversee the marketing of the office space for the project, which is expected to break ground sometime this year.
"We are pleased to have CB Richard Ellis on board as the exclusive office leasing agent for this exciting new project," says Kim Morque, principal of Spinnaker Real Estate Partners. "They bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.
CBRE's Pajolek adds, "We fully expect that the 95/7 development will set a new standard for the market and will define Fairfield County for years to come."
Site work for the project has been started. The plans are currently before the City of Norwalk, with groundbreaking anticipated in the fourth quarter of this year.
