The Linden-based Gordon Construction is building the asset for owners Gordon Exit 8A Associates, Stanley Diamond LLC, Stanley Diamond Enterprises and Summit Associates as tenants in common. The lease was arranged for ownership by Kim Kretowicz, senior vice president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, along with VPs Mario Chiarella and Mark Fowler.
The trio has the marketing and leasing exclusive for the building. CNA, the country's seventh largest commercial insurance writer and 13th largest property and casualty company, was represented by Marc Rosenberg, EVP of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms of the deal weren't released.
Located at 1249 S. River Rd., the class A building is slated to be ready for occupancy in Q2 of this year.
