The tenant was represented by Jason Wolf of Colliers L&A, Philadelphia, while building owner Behringer Harvard was represented in-house. Although terms were not released, comparable space in the property and market is listed with a general asking price of $15 per sf.

Woodcrest Corporate Center is a 330,000-sf class A office complex at 101 Woodcrest Rd. here. Originally built in the 1960s as an industrial site, it was home to the now-defunct Langston Steel.

O'Neill Properties and Strategic Realty Investments bought it from Langston in 2003 and redeveloped it as an office complex over the next two years. As reported by GlobeSt.com, the Dallas-based Behringer Harvard bought it a year ago on behalf of one of its funds for a price estimated by industry sources as "well in excess of $60 million."
