MOUNT KISCO, NY-The former All-Boro Metals building and its adjoining 6.5 acres here on Kisco Avenue have been sold and will eventually house a new Lexus automobile dealership. Austin Corporate Properties of Rye Brook reports that 275 Kisco Ave., the site of a 100,000-sf industrial warehouse building, has been sold to Lexus of Greenwich. The sale price was reported to be $11 million.

The building is the former home of All-Boro Metals. For a number of years the property had been a multi-tenanted industrial property.

Carl Austin, president and Phil Luria, vice president, of Austin Corporate Properties represented the seller, Kensico Properties Inc., in cooperation with Goldschmidt & Associates of Scarsdale. McCarthy Associates of White Plains represented the buyer.

Austin officials say that most of the existing building will be demolished to make way for a new Lexus of Greenwich sales and service facility at the location.
