LAS VEGAS-Burnham Real Estate's urban retail group has landed the leasing assignments for five condominium projects here with a combined 140,000 sf of retail space. The listings include Panorama Towers overlooking the Strip, Paxton Walk in the Centennial Hills area, the Juhl and Streamline Towers developments in Downtown, and 17th and Vine in nearby Henderson.

The retail components of the projects are designed to provide residents with immediate access to grocery, dining and boutique shopping. The largest of the leasing assignments is 17th & Vine in Henderson, which includes 60,000 sf in 10 four-story buildings that house 452 condominiums on the upper floors. The retail portion will include boutiques and restaurants. The developer is LVMB Development.

The second largest assignment is Paxton Walk, a mixed-use project being developed by Blue Marble Development in Centennial Hills. The retail portion of the 782-unit condo development totals 46,000 sf. Uses will include outdoor dining, a hair salon, coffee shop and a bank, among others.

The two Downtown projects, the 341-unit Juhl by CityMark and the 275-unit Streamline Tower by Barclays North, contain about 11,000 sf of retail and 12,000 sf of retail, respectively. Juhl, located at Bonneville Avenue and Third Street, likely will house a restaurant and other service-oriented retail, as will Streamline, which is rising at Las Vegas Boulevard and Fremont Street in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.

The other project is Laurence Hallier's Panorama Towers project overlooking the Las Vegas Strip from the corner of Harmon Avenue and Dean Martin Drive. The project has 10,200 sf of retail located at the grand entrance between tower one and tower two that will house restaurants and other service-oriented retail.
