The new College Park II is currently fully approved for a total of 345,000 sf of R&D and office space. The site plan calls for three single-story R&D lab buildings and two four-story office buildings.

College Park III is a 64-acre project approved for 650,000 sf of corporate office space. According to the brokers, the ownership will consider selling the buildings as they are currently configured, or will reconfigure and sell approved sites, or will do build-to-suits and sell or lease the buildings. The various alternatives call for buildings of 50,000 sf and up, possibly including a building encompassing the complete 650,000 sf.
