"Last year we grew our leasing and property management business in Atlanta by more than 40%."
The new team will join other recent new hires, tenant representatives and real estate consultants David Demarest and William Propst, who joined the company in October from Cushman & Wakefield.
Metcalf has more than 20 years of experience representing various large and mid-sized corporations and has completed transactions totaling more than 10 million sf. He received a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Illinois and a masters of science in real estate from Georgia State University.
Moss has more than five years of experience and has completed more than 500,000 sf of transactions in the last 18 months. He received a bachelor of arts degree from West Chester College and an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
Janney has spent more than seven years in the commercial real estate field, with transactions totaling more than one million sf. She received a bachelor of arts degree in communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rounding out the team is Celia Cornett, who joins the company as leasing assistant. She has more than 20 years experience in real estate working as an administrative assistant, marketing supervisor and research analyst.
