"This is an ideal property for them, fulfilling all of their real estate needs," says Mindy Lissner, SVP of CB Richard Ellis, East Brunswick, who co-brokered the deal with CBRE colleagues Lou Belfer, Scott Belfer, Susan Strauss and Stacey Weinberg. The CBRE team represented the seller, identified only as "a private owner." Jersey Precast was represented by brokers from NAI/Eric Bram Co., North Brunswick.
"This transaction included the ownership of cranes and additional developable land," Lissner says. "That also met the company's business objectives."
For Jersey Precast, the relocation won't be far. The property is located in the Trenton/I-295 industrial submarket in Mercer County, about 25 miles south of the company's current New Brunswick location.
