In the transaction, the Hackensack-based Russo Development was represented in-house by Michael Pembroke, SVP of leasing and marketing. Global was similarly represented in-house. Terms were not released.

The new tenant plans to use just more than 106,000 sf of its new space for industrial purposes to laser print and mail high-volume documents, both on paper and electronically, according to Pembroke. The rest of the space, about 23,600 sf, will be used for offices.

"(The expansion) from Manhattan will allow for both warehouse and office space," Pembroke confirms. "It will give the company the ability to perform its business functions more effectively and efficiently."
