PINE BROOK, NJ-CB Richard Ellis has picked up the exclusive leasing assignment for 10 Maple Ave., Building 3, a 266,338-sf industrial building located within the Montville Business Center here. The building is owned by 10 New Maple Investors LLC, a local group.
For CBRE, Frank Truesdell, senior vice president, and John Goodwin, senior associate, are heading the assignment. "This facility is in a prime location in Northern New Jersey," Truesdell says.
The initial task in the assignment is to fill the 51,000 sf of space that is currently available in the building, which has frontage on both I-80 and Route 46 here. That space is currently listed with an asking price of $7 per sf. Corporate neighbors include Siemens, Trane, Omnipoint, T-Mobile, Ricoh Corp, Mean Corp., Denon Electronics and Ohaus Corp. The building was built in 1972.
