The latest phase consists of four structures labeled buildings 2, 3, 7 and 8 on the site plan. Building 2 will rise four stories and consist of 26 residential units on the upper three floors and ground-floor retail space. Building 3 will rise five stories and contain 51 residences and a parking garage. Building 7, meanwhile, will contain four floors of residential units, and will also feature an outdoor swimming pool and indoor locker room. And Building 8, also four floors, will contain residences and a parking garage.
Pier Village will ultimately build out with a third phase. Company officials say the final phase is still in the conceptual stage and plans have yet to be presented to this city's planning board.
