"This office property can accommodate both small and large users with spaces as small as 1,000 sf and as large as full floor spaces of 20,000 sf," says Frank Recine, managing director of NKF, who's handling the assignment with colleagues Blake Goodman and Kenneth Porreca. "In addition, a 40,000-sf tenant can be accommodated by taking two floors."
"It has a great location, and we have invested in upgrading the infrastructure and appearance of the building," says Jamie Schwartz, executive vice president of GHP.
The building was constructed in 1973 and previously renovated in 1985. It is listed by GHP as currently being 38.7% leased, which would leave a total availability of approximately 73,500 sf. That availability is listed with an asking price of from $20.75 to $23.50 per sf for five- to 10-year terms.
