SER Solutions now occupies space on the second floor of the five-story 178,000-sf building at 99 Hawley Lane.
C&W's Tom O'Leary, senior director, who serves as exclusive leasing agent for the Merritt 8 property, represented the building owner Tarragon Corp. in the lease negotiations. Judd McArthur of Cresa Partners represented SER Solutions.
O'Leary says that SER Solutions had considered a number of potential sites in the Fairfield County region before deciding to relocate to the Stratford office property.
Merritt 8 is currently 75% leased. Among its major tenants includes New York Life and Cablevision. There is approximately 57,000 sf currently available for lease.
