The other two renewals came in the property's Building Two. There, the law firm of Connelly & Connelly re-upped for 684 sf, and the investment firm of Edward Jones & Co., which maintains a branch office, renewed for 1,112 sf.
The property consists of the two-story Building One, aka 808 High Mountain Rd., which has the Market Basket as its retail anchor. Building Two, 851 Franklin Lakes Rd., totals 14,000 sf of office space. The buildings sit on a 10.3-acre site.
"It is part of a fashionable suburb," Swill says. "The property encompasses undeveloped woodland and a brook, facing a country club."
