EDISON, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp. announced today that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.64 per common share, indicating an annual rate of $2.56 per common share, for the period of Jan. 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007. The dividend will be paid on April 16 to shareholders of record as of April 4.
The board also declared a cash dividend on its 8% Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock equal to $0.50 per depositary share for the period of Jan. 15, 2007 through April 14, 2007. The dividend will similarly be paid on April 16 to shareholders of record as of April 4.
The REIT currently owns or has interests in 300 properties, mostly office and office/flex buildings in the Northeast, totaling 34.3 million sf.
