Mayrich has also tapped the Goldstein Group, the Glen Rock-based retail real estate brokerage firm, to find tenants for the property. "This soon-to-be-built strip retail center is situated in a prime location in the Route 35 retail corridor," says Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services for Goldstein. Lanyard is heading the assignment along with Goldstein VP Lew Finkelstein.

Located near Routes 9 and 440 and I-95 in Middlesex County, the property has a daily car count of more than 25,000, according to Lanyard. Neighboring retail tenants already in operation include ShopRite, Walgreens, Blockbuster Video, Taco Bell, Radio Shack and several banks.
