"This is significant leasing activity," says Jamie Drummond, assistant vice president of GVA Williams NJ, who teamed with associate Tom Rampone to represent Murray Construction in all four signings. GVA Williams NJ has the building's exclusive, picking it up a couple of years ago with it was virtually vacant. "With a limited 11,289 sf of space remaining, we anticipate continued strong demand."
In the largest signing, Hitachi America has taken a 27,976-sf lease expansion and extension at the site. With the deal, the tenant, represented by Grubb & Ellis' vice president John Kuhn, now occupies nearly 47,000 sf as the building's major tenant. Terms of this and the other signings were not disclosed.
Also, Enteris Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of software company Enterpulse, has taken 10,350 sf in the building. Drummond represented both the landlord and the tenant. For the latter, the signing represents a relocation from Warren.
In the other two signings, Affinity Agency Group Inc., represented by Patrick Eichner, took 3,500 sf. And the law firm of Midlige & Richter has taken 2,000 sf, with both the tenant and landlord represented by Drummond.
Located in the Liberty Corner section of this Somerset County township, the building is in the I-78 and I-287 corridors. The Riverwalk Shopping Center, Somerset Hills Hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel are all within walking distance of the property.
