Slavic Evangelic Christian Church has agreed to share the campus with Sharon Baptist Church, holding Sunday services at different times and sharing offices and other services as well as co-managing the school. Sharon Baptist Church will occupy the property with the buyer until it is able to relocate.

Richard Bowers & Co.'s Land and Investment Group vice president/associate broker William Johnson and Anthony Lois represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Integrity First Realty, Inc.

The property has been owned by the church since 1844 and includes two components on two sites. The main, 10-acre site includes a 60,000-sf school building for Christian studies for children from kindergarten through middle school. In addition to the school, the site houses the church's 15,000-sf main sanctuary, built in 1983, and a small church built in 1960 that it currently used as a chapel and for storage. A 3.5-acre cemetery is also on the grounds.

A second, 3.5-acre site located across the street from the main campus includes a 10,000-sf gymnasium and cafeteria, used prior to the construction of the new school, and a 1,500-sf home, which once served as a parsonage. A creek runs through the back of the property.
