BELLMAWR, NJ-Comcast IP Services has signed a long-term lease for the entire 40,000-sf building at 321 Benigno Blvd. within Korman's Interstate Business Park here. Property owner Interstate Holding Corp. was represented by Marc Isdaner, director and SVP at Colliers Lanard & Axilbund in Philadelphia, while the tenant was represented by brokers from Binswanger, also Philadelphia. Terms were not released.
Comcast IP will use its new space for a combination of general offices and the storage of equipment, according to the brokers. Featuring 6,000 sf of air conditioned production and assembly space, as well as a 3,200-sf office component, the building was formerly occupied by General Binding Corp., which recently relocated its operations to Allentown, PA.
Colliers L&A is also marketing additional space in Korman's Interstate Business Park, according to Isdaner. Currently available for lease is a 20,000-sf freestanding building that includes 2,000 sf of office space.
