The buyer was represented by Larry Bergen and Marc Isdaner, both directors and SVPs of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund in Philadelphia. The seller, the Dolan Group, was represented by brokers from Jackson Cross Partners, also of Philadelphia. Terms were not disclosed.
For Powell Electronics, the site will combine office space with production and warehouse operations previously conducted at the Florida and California locations. As part of its move, Powell has sold its existing, smaller facility near Philadelphia International Airport to Today's Graphics Inc., which is similarly expanding and relocating within the metro Philadelphia region.
