For NKF, the assignment is being handled by executive managing directors Timothy Greiner Jr., Kevin Murphy and Peter Rossi, and associate Christopher Beatini of the firm's Rutherford office, along with managing director Robert Eisenberg of the firm's New York City office.
Currently, the building can accommodate users ranging from 1,500 sf to as large as 40,000 sf on the ninth and 10th floors, according to Greiner. Major office tenants in the building currently include Polo Ralph Lauren and SAS. "Both are first-rate companies that have recently committed to long-term lease renewals here," Greiner says.
