The newest managing director at JLL, Quinn worked most recently at Trammell Crow Co. as an executive vice president. The 20-year veteran was also an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield. Over his career Quinn has closed 30 million sf of corporate real estate transactions for a variety of firms including IBM, Dow Jones, Washington Mutual, Sprint Corp., the Thompson Corp., YWCA, and the Federal Republic of Germany.
"His skills will be instrumental in expanding our ability to serve the business community with the full range of Jones Lang LaSalle's integrated worldwide platform of services," Riguardi says.
Heeg, who has nine years of experience specializing in real estate brokerage and consulting, will join JLL as a senior vice president, a position he held at TCC. Youm joins the firm as a vice president. Cabrera will be a transaction coordinator, Brian Crockett an associate and Rudert a senior administrative assistant.
