PINE BROOK, NJ-Winebow Inc. has signed a lease for 196,966 sf of industrial space at 20 Hook Mountain Rd., within First Industrial Realty Trust's Montville Business Center here. The tenant is an importer and distributor of wine, spirits and aperitifs, with a portfolio of 3,000 labels worldwide. The lease term is 10 years; further terms were not released.
"We were able to provide Winebow with a building that suits their long-term needs," says Rick Vanderbeck, marketing and leasing director in First Industrial's New Jersey office, also located here. "They are a first-class operation who made this transaction with several 'moving parts run very smoothly."
The lease represents about 92% of the entire building, which totals just more than 214,000 sf. Winebow, which has its headquarters in Montvale, will use this bulk warehouse location for storage and as a distribution center for a region encompassing New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC. Outside brokers in the transaction were Christopher Olsen, Matt Corpuel and Tom Mallaney of CB Richard Ellis.
