The building at 300 Atrium Dr. is one of three class A buildings totaling almost 900,000 sf within Atrium Corporate Park. As reported by GlobeSt.com, LaSalle Investment Management, advised by Mason, Reilly and Ian King of JLL, bought Atrium Corporate Park from Allegiance Realty Corp. in late 2005 and subsequently gave the leasing assignment to the JLL team. 300 Atrium Dr. features a four-story atrium, center core design and large floor plates.
