SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ-Two industrial leases totaling 110,155 sf have been signed at the Hampshire Cos.' 30 Wesley St. here, GlobeSt.com has learned. The 248,000-sf, one-story building on 8.5 acres is part of the Morristown, NJ-based real estate investment fund manager's Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio.

In the larger of the two signings, DW Direct Inc., a Garfield, NJ-based direct marketing company has leased 90,000 sf. The tenant specializes in custom design fulfillment, data processing and lettershop services. Additionally, New Jersey Label, an Englewood-based supplier of labels and tags, has leased 20,155 sf.

"30 Wesley continues to see high levels of leasing activity due in part to the building's proximity to all of Northern New Jersey's major highways," says Thomas A. Vetter, who teamed with colleagues Jeffrey DeMagistris, Craig Levitan and John Aires of the Hackensack-based NAI James E. Hanson to arrange the signings. "The property also has the flexibility to accommodate users of various sizes."

Terms of the two leases were not disclosed. A total of 65,000 sf is currently listed as available at the property, with asking prices of $6 and $6.50 per sf for three- to five-year terms.
