The sole broker in the deal was Dan McGovern, a senior associate with CB Richard Ellis in Philadelphia. The lease term is 10 years; further terms were not released.
Marlton Plaza is owned by the New York-based Kimco Realty Trust. Besides the incoming Planet Fitness, its tenants include Velocity Sports Performance, Leslie Pools and Oskar Huber Furniture. The property is currently listed on Kimco's web site with a 5,860-sf availability.
