In addition to the Florham Park staffers, the new location will also house some operational departments relocating from Duff & Phelps' Manhattan offices, according to the firm's managing director, Jeffrey Dunne. Approximately 80 employees are relocating here, including the head of international operations and the global leaders of the transfer-pricing practice and of consumer products.
"The expansion move is reflective of the growth we are experiencing across all of our businesses," Dunne says. "There is unprecedented global demand for independent financial advisory services, and we have been aggressively adding both new professionals and service offerings."
Duff & Phelps was represented by Craig Eisenhardt and David Hollander of CB Richard Ellis. The ownership, Olnick-Fisher, a partnership of the New York-based Olnick Organization and Fisher Development, was represented by Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield.
