Both Aug and Rich Schulz come to CBRE with the title of SVP from the retail firm RS Aug Real Estate, a company they co-founded just this past year. For two decades, Aug was associated with Garrick-Aug Associates, as salesperson, broker and eventually CEO and president. Both Aug and Schulz will operate out of the firm's new Hoboken location, CBRE's fifth office in the Garden State.
Also coming aboard is David A. Greenman, who takes the title of first vice president and will head the Central New Jersey retail effort, based in East Brunswick. He comes to the firm from Paramount Realty Services Inc. Rounding out Greenman's Central Jersey team are vice president Robert Molloy, an in-house leasing specialist with various firms; associate Jason Pierson, who moves to New Jersey from CBRE's New York office; and associate James Hsu, who had been with foodservice wholesaler Jetro.
"These new professionals will increase our retail presence throughout New Jersey," says Alison Lewis, senior managing director of CBRE's tri-state retail group. "It reflects our course of expanding in the retail field throughout the entire tri-state area."
