At Ramapo Plaza, a 57,000-sf strip center located at 777 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, Office Depot has signed on for 21,500 sf, taking a space formerly occupied by Skaters World Roller Rink and fully leasing up the property. The owner of the property, Ramapo Plaza Associates LLC, was represented by Goldstein Group EVP Donald Goldstein.
In West Paterson, meanwhile, golf equipment retailer Golfsmith has taken 18,500 sf at Lenox Plaza, a 50,000-sf neighborhood center at 1750 Route 46. Lenox Plaza is now similarly fully leased with the signing, which was orchestrated for owner Realty Partners by Goldstein's Lanyard and Lew Finkelstein.
In Parsippany, Planet Fitness, a gym and fitness center, has signed on for 20,000 sf at Powder Mill Plaza West, a 113,000-sf strip at 2956 Route 10. Goldstein's Florian Suserman and Curtis Nassau represented landlord Pineview Homes at the Drug Fair-anchored property.
And in Fairfield, Grainer Industrial Supply, a supplier of facilities maintenance products, has taken the entire 22,000-sf building at 277 Route 46, replacing former tenant Wall Units and More. Lanyard and Finkelstein brokered the deal on behalf of the building's owner, Fairfield Industrial Partners.
Goldstein is currently repping a portfolio of more than eight million sf of space, as well as more than 50 national and regional retailers.
