JERSEY CITY-Phoenix Logistics has signed a lease for 204,000 sf at 201 Port Jersey Blvd. here. The third-party logistics company will use the building, which was recently renovated, for warehousing and distribution purposes.
The building is owned by Rreef, which was represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers William Waxman, senior vice president; first VP Nicholas Nitti; vice president Matthew Corpuel; senior associate Carrie Brown; and associate Brian Schulz. Phoenix Logistics was represented by CBRE's Industrial Services Group. Terms were not released; comparable space in the market is currently being listed with asking prices of $5 to $6 per sf."Phoenix Logistics committed to 201 Port Jersey Blvd. because of its close proximity to the ports," Waxman says. "It also has proximity to it other existing locations."
