"The tenants are anxious to get the Shoppes at Old Bridge open for business," says Ray Brunt, executive in charge of leasing, who works out of a local Stanbery office in Manasquan, NJ. "It should be a fantastic grand opening."
Among the tenants signed up for the property are Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, the Children's Place, Chico's and three Gap variations. Also on tap are Aerosoles, Yankee Candle, the Papery, Maggie Moos and Gold's Gym, among others.
The seven-year-old Stanbery Development opened its first New Jersey shopping center in Denville in 2003, and the local opening is part of a five-property roll-out of "The Shoppes" brand in the state by the end of 2009. Next up is the Shoppes at North Brunswick, a 129,000-sf center slated to open in October. Next will be The Shoppes at Hamilton, in the Trenton/Princeton market, scheduled to open in April 2008.
The Shoppes at Flemington, a 151,000-sf center, is targeting a fall 2008 grand opening. Finally, the Shoppes at Cross Keys, a 170,000-sf center in South Jersey's Gloucester City, is looking at a 2009 opening.
